COVID-19 guidance
for our audiences:

OCMF will be implementing the following practices at our concerts which are taking place at SJE Arts, Holywell Music Room, Christ Church Cathedral and Sheldonian Theatre:

• socially distanced audiences

• hand sanitisation stations on entry and exit

• e-tickets to remove physical ticket handling

• hour-long concerts with no interval to reduce mingling

• regular testing for all OCMF artists and staff

• one-way systems at venues for exit and entrance, with clear signs and stewarding staff members to direct audience members

• cleaning surfaces before and after each performance including seating, toilets, door handles and entrance points

• PPE and test and trace in line with government guidelines

• encouraging audience members to wear masks inside the venues,

  and to take a test before arrival

• staggered exits after all concerts directed by OCMF and venue stewards

If you or anyone in your household have symptoms of Covid-19, or have been requested to isolate, please do not attend any of our performances. You can contact the Pegasus theatre box office for a full refund: dutymanager@pegasustheatre.org.uk

We will send full details and explanatory text via our mailing list and to ticket holders. We have completed full risk assessments detailing about how we will be protecting our audiences, staff and musicians whilst presenting these performances.
