About the Players’ Network

The OCMF Players’ Network was launched in Spring 2009 in co-operation with St Hilda’s College. Our aim is to bring together adult amateur musicians who enjoy chamber music.

We meet on selected Wednesdays at the Jacqueline du Pre Music Building, St Hilda’s College, Oxford for two hours of informal music making. Our meetings are flexible: groupings are arranged according to the players available at each meeting. Members are encouraged to suggest music of their choice, which will be accommodated and explored if it also appeals to other players.

The network meetings are our primary focus, but masterclasses and/or public concerts are occasionally arranged according to the interest of players.

Join the Players Network

We welcome all instrumental musicians over the age of 18, especially string and wind players.
